Refunds and withdrawal

Last updated 28 October 2026

In short

  • Credits are delivered the moment your payment is confirmed. Because you ask for that at checkout, you cannot withdraw once they are in your account.
  • If a photo or video fails, its credits go back to your account automatically.
  • Changed your mind? We refund a pack you have not used at all if you ask within 14 days of buying it.
  • If something else went wrong, write to us. A person reads every request.

Your right of withdrawal

EU law normally gives consumers 14 days to withdraw from a purchase made online. For digital content delivered right away, this right ends once delivery starts, if you asked for immediate delivery and confirmed that you lose the right.

Before you go to payment, you tick this box: "I want my credits now and understand that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once they are delivered." Your credits are added as soon as Stripe confirms the payment. From that moment, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to that pack, including credits you have not used yet. We still refund a pack you have not used at all, if you ask within 14 days (see "Money refunds" below).

If your credits have not been delivered yet, for example because a payment is still being processed, you can still withdraw. Tell us within 14 days of your purchase, by email or with the form below. We then refund the full amount within 14 days, to the payment method you used, at no cost to you.

When credits come back automatically

  • A failed photo or family portrait: the 1 credit goes back to your account. If it was your free preview, you get the free preview back.
  • A failed video: the 4 credits go back to your account.

We check unfinished jobs every 10 minutes. A photo that has not finished after 30 minutes, or a video after 60 minutes, counts as failed and is refunded in credits. Returned credits can be used like any others.

Money refunds

Money refunds are handled by hand, by a person, and paid back through Stripe to the payment method you used. We refund you, for example, when:

  • you were charged but did not receive your credits, and we cannot fix it;
  • you were charged twice for the same order;
  • the service did not work as described and returning the credits does not solve the problem;
  • you ask within 14 days of buying a pack and have not used any of its credits;
  • the law gives you a right to a refund, for example under the legal guarantee.

A result that was made correctly but does not look the way you hoped is not, on its own, a reason for a money refund: results are AI-generated entertainment and we cannot promise a particular resemblance. Expired credits are not refunded.

When we refund a pack, we remove its unused credits from your balance.

How to ask for a refund

Use our contact form or write to contact@littleus.baby with:

  • the email address of your account;
  • the date and amount of the payment;
  • what happened.

We answer within 5 working days. If we agree to a refund, we send it within 14 days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

These rules do not limit your legal rights as a consumer. If the digital content or service you bought does not work as described, you are entitled to have it fixed or, if that is not possible, to a price reduction or a refund.

Only fill in and send this form if you want to withdraw from the contract, and only while the right of withdrawal still applies (see above).
