The smallest pack, 5 credits for €4.99, covers one photo and one video. If a video fails, the credits go back to your account automatically. You can leave the page while it is made: the video will be waiting in your account, next to the photo it came from.
Which photo to animate
Any unlocked photo can become a video: a baby, a child, a teenager, twins or a family portrait. The movement is gentle on purpose, so a calm, front-facing photo with the face clearly visible works best. Each photo can have one video, and the video is kept for 30 days like your other results.
Good to know
The video starts from your unlocked photo, so a clear, front-facing photo of each of you gives the best start: one person per photo, daylight, no sunglasses, hats or heavy filters. Both of you need to agree to the photos being used, and both of you must be adults.
